Nicely decorated brand-new hotel with good value, we had a brilliant stay. The room was fabulous with a view and the staff especially helpful and efficient.

Their rooms are always well-appointed and immaculate with beautiful decor, shampoo, incredible view. There are coffee/tea making machines and a fridge.

Nice location close to downtown attractions, excellent restaurants in the local area. And a 10-minute walk from Louisville Auto Museum.

That was newly remodelled and well-maintained hotel set in very very nice area, close enough to other bars in the city as well as many Cameron Mitchell restaurants in Columbus. The casual restaurant for breakfast and the library bar.

Large and stylish rooms with a nice view of downtown. Marvellous location next door to Downtown. Set in a very relaxing area really close to Louisville, and many Cameron Mitchell restaurants.

Exceptionally nice location for Louisville, close to KFC Yum Center and the Neighborhood Services Bar/Restaurant and Fourth Street Live. Easy walk to Jim Beam Urban Stillhouse.

The service was exceptional and the food was appetising. We booked a deluxe king room with incredible view of south louisville and truly enjoyed it. The stuff where nice and kind all the time.

The bathroom was dirty.

We got a well-appointed and reasonably large room with a luxurious bathroom. The hotel had an unbeatable location next door to Downtown.

The location is incredibly comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Louisville Slugger Museum & Bat Factory.

We recently stayed at this four-star hotel in the heart of the city center and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location was ideal, as we were within walking distance to four different bars and numerous eateries. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly bell staff to the attentive housekeeping team. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the availability of pet amenities. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a spa & wellness center with a rooftop pool and jacuzzi. we highly recommend this place to everyone.

There were no negative aspects to mention.

Well-maintained hotel, the idea of having deluxe queen room was great. Units with a view. The accommodating staff made my stay a perfect 10/10 experience. The location was favourable, not too far from a micro - distillery. The venue was in a good area.

Some of the staff were extremely rude.
